Pilotix R1600 is an analog video transmitter with a maximum output of up to 1600 mW. The video transmitter is therefore especially suitable for freestyle and long-range drones, where a long signal range is required. The video transmitter is enclosed in an aluminum heatsink, which helps dissipate heat while protecting sensitive components from dirt.
The power can be switched as needed between 25/400/800/1000/1600 mW. The transmitter operates in the 5.8 GHz band on 40 channels. The video transmitter can be configured using a pair of buttons or via the flight controller using the IRC Tramp protocol. Pilotix R1600 can be powered directly from a 2-6S battery, and there is also a 9V/780 mA output for powering the FPV camera. The antenna is connected via an MMCX connector.
For easy installation into the frame, the R1600 has mounting holes with a spacing of 30,5 x 30,5 mm and 20 x 20 mm with threads.
