AtomRC Thresher PNP+S

AtomRC Thresher PNP+S is a twin-motor FPV airplane with a 700 mm wingspan and forward-swept wings, suitable for low-altitude flying as well as regular FPV flights. It combines a classic aerodynamic layout with a pusher setup of two motors on the wings. The nose remains free for FPV equipment, and the propellers do not interfere with the camera view.

The airframe is made of EPP material with carbon reinforcements in the wings. Both the wings and horizontal stabilizers feature a tool-free quick-release system, so the airplane can be disassembled without tools into compact parts for transport. The electronics are placed in separate compartments with hidden wiring. The nose includes an FPV system mount compatible with DJI O4/O4 Pro. The battery compartment measures 130 x 35 x 45 mm. There are navigation LEDs on the wingtips and a white LED strip on the nose for easier orientation in poor visibility.

The PNP+S version means that all electronics are factory installed and connected: 2x 2004 2400 KV motor, 2x BLS 30 A ESC (2-4S), 5x S06M 6 g digital servo with metal gears, and 5126-2 two-blade propellers. Connector boards are located at the wing roots, so the wings connect by sliding them in, without soldering.

According to reviews, the model is stable and forgiving at low speeds, handles wind well, and with a light headwind lands at nearly walking speed. The manufacturer recommends 4S 850-1300 mAh batteries; due to the center of gravity position, we recommend a battery of about 200 g or less, while a heavier one already requires additional ballast.

Note for the PNP+S version: Motors, ESCs, servos, and LED lighting are factory installed.

This version does not include a flight controller, RC link, GPS, or FPV system.
