Axisflying Bando 5 SE is a 5" freestyle drone with True X geometry, analog video transmission and a GPS module. Bando SE is a suitable drone for pilots looking for an affordable entry into freestyle flying. The drone has a motor diagonal of 230 mm. The frame is made of T700 carbon with 7 mm thick arms and is complemented by 7075 aluminum parts and TPU printed parts. Thanks to the open-source design, many parts can be printed and the drone can be easily modified.
The drone is built around the Axisflying F405 flight controller with an ICM-42688P gyro and SPA06 barometer. Power is provided by 32-bit Axisflying Argus ECO 60A ESCs in combination with Axisflying AE 2207 V2 1960Kv motors and 5" HQProp R37 propellers.
Video transmission is handled by the Smurf v2 analog video transmitter paired with a Caddx Ratel 2 camera and a Black Bear Long-Range antenna. The drone is supplied as a BNF with an AXIS ELRS 2.4 GHz receiver and a Beizheng 121 GPS module, which enables features such as return-to-home.
Weight without battery 459 g (±10 g). Recommended are 6S LiPo batteries with a capacity of 1050–1550 mAh.
