BetaFPV Air65 II Champion - 1S ELRS

Air65 II Champion is a lightweight 1S Tinywhoop designed for racing and freestyle flying indoors. Champion is the most powerful variant in the BetaFPV Air65 II series, intended for fast flying and experienced pilots. The Champion version uses a lightweight frame and motors with ball bearings, which are soldered to the board instead of the usual connector connection to reduce weight. The drone uses 31 mm props and has 65 mm motor-to-motor diagonal distance. Thanks to its very low weight of around 17 g, flying it is completely safe even at home or in the office.

In the second version, there is a new AIO board designed for greater crash resistance. The Matrix 1S 5v1 II AIO board combines the flight controller, ESC, ELRS receiver, and analog video transmitter with an OSD chip into one board. The G473 processor used in combination with the BMI270 gyro provides precise control and smooth flight. The integrated video transmitter supports output power of 25–400 mW and uses the SmartAudio protocol for easy setup. The drone is equipped with a C03 camera with 1200 TVL resolution, 160° FOV and a 4:3 aspect ratio. Camera protection is provided by a lightweight and flexible Air Canopy with an adjustable camera angle of 25–50°. The integrated ELRS receiver is connected via UART. It operates at 2.4 GHz and is equipped with a wire antenna.

The included BETAFPV 0702 36000KV motors combined with Gemfan 1207-3 propellers provide enough power for aggressive flying. The Air65 II Champion frame is made of lightweight and durable plastic and weighs only 2.2 grams.

LiPo batteries are inserted into the frame compartment sized 11.4 × 6.2 mm. The drone is equipped with a BT2.0 connector.

Recommended are 1S LiPo batteries with a capacity of around 300 mAh. Batteries are not included.
