Cubepilot Cube ID Serial

CubeID™ is a compact Remote ID module designed for UAV systems, ensuring the transmission of identification information about the aircraft during flight in accordance with the OpenDroneID requirements. The RemoteID module is mandatory in Europe for the operation of drones in the Specific category. 

The module utilizes Bluetooth 5.2 in dual mode and supports through serial interface, allowing for easy integration into the ArduPilot ecosystem. The core of CubeID™ is the Nordic nRF52840 chip, ensuring reliable operation in the 2402–2480 MHz band. The module has very small dimensions of 25×13.75×3.5 mm, making it suitable for smaller platforms where weight and space are critical. 

After installation, the module transmits UAV identification information via Bluetooth, which can be received by common mobile applications like DroneScanner. Configuration takes place through Mission Planner in the ArduPilot system. After uploading firmware with OpenDroneID support, the relevant parameters DID_* are activated. 

CubeID™ is suitable for both professional and advanced hobby UAV projects where legislative compliance with Remote ID is required, full integration into the control unit with Ardupilot firmware and reliable operation without significant impact on weight or installation complexity.
