DarwinFPV BabyApe Pro V3 - 3S ELRS

DarwinFPV BabyApe Pro V3 is an affordable 3" freestyle drone suitable for flying in the garden, in the park or in a meadow. The BabyApe Pro V3 uses a solid Caddx ANT camera and has reinforced 3mm arms (the original version had only 2.5mm). The drone comes stock with LED lights on the arms.

BabyApe Pro V3 uses a DarwinFPV AIO board for flight, which includes a flight controller with an F411 processor and MPU6500 gyro, supplemented by 15A ESCs with BlHeli_S firmware. The RC receiver is an external ELRS 2.4GHz DarwinFPV Cement. The RC receiver is protected against water and dirt. The motors are 1104 4300Kv. The motor has a 1.5mm shaft, onto which the propeller is pressed. The propeller is not secured with screws. The propellers used are Gemfan 3016-3. In the third version, the drone is equipped with a video transmitter with a maximum output of up to 1200mW.

Recommended battery is 3S with a capacity of 450-550mAh.

After unpacking the drone, it is necessary to secure the receiver antenna. A standard linear FPV antenna is used, which is sufficient for close-range flying. For longer-range flights, we recommend replacing the antenna with another one with circular polarization.
