Flywoo Firefly 25MINI HDZero - 3S ELRS

Flywoo Firefly 25MINI is a built-up drone with HDZero digital transmission and 2.5" propellers. The diagonal motor distance is 122 mm. The drone is suitable for freestyle flying. The weight without battery is 97.5 g. Thanks to the efficient 3S power system, it offers long flight time – with a 1000mAh battery up to 12 minutes.

The drone is based on the AIO board Flywoo GOKU F405 SE 20A, which combines the flight controller and ESC in one. The flight controller uses the STM32F405 processor in combination with the ICM42688-P gyro and 8MB blackbox memory. The board supports Betaflight or INAV firmware. The ESC handles 20 A and 3S LiPo - LiHV power. The board offers plug-and-play connectors for GPS, RC receiver and video transmitter, so later modifications can be done without soldering. The integrated loud buzzer helps locate the drone in the field.

Digital transmission is handled by the HDZero Whoop Lite and Micro Cam system. The video transmitter with antenna is mounted on the top plate, which can be removed with just 4 screws – the same video system can therefore be moved to the Firefly 20PRO frame without soldering. The camera is mounted in an anti-vibration holder with an adjustable angle in the range of 0–25°, which reduces jello effect and suits both calm cinematic and faster freestyle flying. The propulsion is provided by ROBO 1303 6000KV motors combined with three-blade 2520 (2.5") propellers. The bottom plate of the frame is made of 2.5 mm carbon and the front arms have a reinforced one-piece construction for higher crash resistance. Side plastic panels protect the electronics and covered tubes protect the motor wires.

The battery connects via an XT30 connector. The drone is supplied as a BNF with an ELRS 2.4 GHz receiver. Recommended batteries are 3S LiPo - LiHV batteries with a capacity of 450–1000 mAh.
