HDZero Halo 70A AM32 is a high-performance ESC designed for racing and freestyle drones. It can handle a continuous current of up to 70A (100A peak) and supports 3–8S LiPo batteries. The ESC runs on powerful 32-bit AM32 firmware.
The ESC uses a two-piece split-board architecture, separating the power and control sections. This design improves heat dissipation and increases durability against impacts. Current is delivered through an integrated copper busbar and an 8-layer PCB with 3oz copper per layer, minimizing voltage drop and enhancing throttle response under heavy load.
For real-world protection, the PCB is coated with a conformal layer against moisture, dust, and corrosion. Solder pads are placed on both sides, making installation easier across different frames.
When using 8S batteries, we recommend adding a high-voltage capacitor.
