HelloRadio V14 Max R9

HelloRadio V14 Max R9 is a compact RC transmitter of classic format with large gimbals. The transmitter features EdgeTX firmware and an integrated ExpressLRS 2.4GHz transmitter with active cooling of up to 1W. The ELRS antenna is integrated, rotatable, and foldable for easier transport. There is a JR module bay prepared on the back for any external modules.

The display is a 128×64 monochrome OLED with yellow backlight and adjustable brightness — well readable in various lighting conditions. Around each gimbal is a programmable LED ring with 16 colors that reacts to stick movement; settings are done via Lua scripts and the rings also serve as a battery status indicator when charging. The V14 Max R9 has a 3-axis gyroscope + accelerometer for motion control.

The transmitter is powered by two 18650 Li-ion cells (batteries not included). The batteries are charged via a bottom USB-C connector, with a power of up to 10W. A second, separate USB-C port on the top side is used for connecting to a simulator.

Premium V5.0 RDC90 gimbals are milled from aluminum with ALPS sensors. The gimbal thread is standard M4, allowing for alternative ends. On the front side, there are also two buttons with locking and LED backlighting in the corners, two 3-position switches, and six backlit mode buttons above the display. On the sides, there is one 2-position switch and one button without locking. They are complemented by two dials and a navigation button set with a scrolling wheel for controlling EdgeTX firmware. A fabric handle for hand carrying is mounted on the back.
