Matek CAN-L4-BM is a current and voltage sensor based on the TI INA239 chip, which, thanks to its 16-bit resolution, enables precise measurements. Current sensing is done via a current shunt. With the low resistance of the conductive path (typically 200 μΩ), power losses are negligible. The sensor can measure up to 150A continuously and voltages up to 85V.

The current sensor connects to the flight controller via a CAN bus. Thanks to the digital connection, no calibration is required.

The Matek CAN-L4-BM is supported only by Ardupilot firmware.
