Matek M9N-G4-3100 is a high-precision GNSS module with an integrated compass designed for use in drones running Ardupilot or iNav firmware. The GPS module is based on the M9N receiver, capable of tracking multiple satellite systems simultaneously. It supports GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BeiDou. The receiver uses a 25 × 25 mm antenna for enhanced reception accuracy. The module also includes an industrial-grade RM3100 magnetometer, known for its high resolution, minimal hysteresis, and fast dynamic response.
The module communicates with the flight controller via DroneCAN (Ardupilot) or UART/MSP (Ardupilot, iNav). It features LED indicators: a blue LED for the bootloader state (fast blinking during startup, slow blinking when running), a green LED for GNSS fix (blinking when 3D fix is acquired), and a red LED for power. The module measures 36 × 36 × 12 mm and weighs 16 g.
