Molicel INR21700-P42A 4200mAh 45A - Reclaimed

Molicel INR21700-P42A 4200mAh 45A is a high-end Li-ion battery with a capacity of 4200mAh and load capacity up to 45A. It is therefore suitable for building power packs. 

The battery is Raclaimed. What does that mean? The battery was used to make larger battery packs, but they contained weld flaws. The battery has never been charged or discharged, but it does contain scoring marks (see photos).
