Sequre T55 Heizplatte

Sequre T55 is a compact preheating station/hot plate with a heating area of 55×55 mm, suitable for preheating PCBs before soldering, desoldering SMD components, working with LED strips, or repairing mobile electronics. Preheating the board to 100–150 °C before soldering significantly reduces the thermal shock to components, facilitates the removal of parts from densely populated boards, and shortens the time needed for desoldering.

The temperature can be set within the range of 50–280 °C. Regulation is performed via a ceramic sensor and an intelligent control algorithm with temperature compensation. The OLED display with a resolution of 128×32 pixels shows the current and set temperature, and the built-in buzzer signals when the target temperature is reached or when the set time has elapsed. The station supports time-controlled heating with automatic shutdown to prevent board overheating.

Power is provided via a USB-C connector with support for PD (20V / min. 3A), QC or standard DC input up to 25 V with a maximum power of 95 W. The station can be powered by a PD adapter, a PD power bank, or directly from a LiPo battery via an XT60-USB cable.
