Petrel75 Whoop BNF is a small racing drone designed primarily for indoor use or the garden. The great advantage of this set is that it consists of commonly available components that are used in FPV flying. This will be appreciated especially by those pilots who do not want to stop at a small drone and in time plan to buy a larger copter.
The basis of the drone is the Zeus5 FR control unit. It runs on Betaflight firmware used on the vast majority of racing helicopters. The drone version has an integrated receiver that supports the Frsky D8 / D16 protocols, but an external receiver can still be connected to the drone. The drive is taken care of by 1102 18000Kv motors, which should be combined with a 1S 450mAh battery. The Caddx Ant camera and the Zeus nano video transmitter with an output of up to 350mW are used to transmit the image. The Petrel75 frame is made of light plastic. To use 1S batteries, it is necessary to insert the 3D printing reducer, which you will find in the package, into the frame.
