ToolkitRC C3 25W

ToolkitRC C3 is a compact mains charger for 2-3S LiPo and LiHV batteries with a power output of 25W. It has an integrated power supply, so it plugs directly into a wall socket (AC 100-240V) without an external power supply. The battery connects only via the balance connector, so the type of battery power connector does not matter and no charging cables or adapters are needed. It is suitable as a simple charger for beginner pilots, for charging smaller 2S and 3S batteries, or as a backup charger for your bag.

It is operated with a single MODE button, which selects the battery type: LiPo (4,20V per cell), LiHV (4,35V per cell), and Storage mode for storage (3,85V per cell). The selected mode is indicated by three LEDs: LIPO, LIHV, and LI-STO. After connecting a battery with the correct voltage, charging starts automatically; the LED lights red during charging and green when finished. The charging current is up to 2,2A for 2S and 1,5A for 3S batteries, the balancer operates at 200mA, and charging accuracy is below 0,01V. Control is handled by a 12-bit AD converter.

The charger monitors voltage, current, and temperature, and includes short-circuit protection. With dimensions of 91x58x30mm and a weight of 100g, it easily fits in a backpack. 

Important warning: always check the selected battery type before charging; an incorrect selection may damage the battery. The charger does not support chemistries other than LiPo and LiHV (e.g. LiFe or Li-ion). Only one battery can be charged at a time – either a 2-cell or a 3-cell battery.
